Our “boot camp” style kickboxing classes offer a fast-paced one hour long exercise class with martial arts-inspired moves. Classes are set to fast paced music, and include instruction in proper punching and kicking techniques taught by professional martial artists.
We Punch and Kick, But Nobody Gets Hurt
While the moves in our kickboxing classes are inspired by martial arts techniques, there’s no actual fighting or sparring in this class.
These classes are all about cardio, body-toning, strength, and flexibility. We use resistance bands, Yoga balls, free weights, and heavy bags to provide a wide variety of training options for maximum results.

Flexible Times and Prices
We offer kickboxing classes in the mornings, evenings, and on Saturdays (see our full schedule). We also have several flexible pricing options for kickboxing students, and we never require you to sign a contract or join a club.
Karate Students Get Kickboxing for Free
Adult and teen students who are currently enrolled in karate can attend any of our school’s classes, including kickboxing classes, at no additional cost!
