]]> Our new 1,000 square foot Strength & Cardio Annex is still under construction, but it’s complete enough for us to move our spinning bikes in there and start teaching classes. We offer eight (yes – you read that right… EIGHT) cardio spinning classes every week, and we’ve even scheduled half of them to coincide with the Kids’ Karate classes so parents can get in a workout while their kids are in class.
