We teach adult and teen karate classes throughout the week, both in the mornings and afternoons. Adults and teens of all shapes, sizes, and abilities are welcome.

Adult / Teen Class Warm-up
A True Mixed Martial Art
We teach a true mixed-martial arts style called Cuong Nhu, which blends elements of Shotokan, Boxing, Judo, Aikido, Wing Chun, Tai Chi Chuan, and Vovinam. We also devote a significant amount of time to grappling and ground fighting. We have 3,600 square feet of Zebra Mats, which provides an ideal surface to safely practice martial arts.
Weapons Training
In addition to traditional open-hand techniques, students also have the option of studying various martial art weapons such as Eskrima (short stick), Nunchaku (2 sticks joined with cord or chain), Bo (Long Staff), Tonfa, and Sai.

One Price, Unlimited Classes
We recommend that adults and teens attend at least two regular classes each week. We offer our regular classes on Monday – Thursday, as well as a number of special additional classes: sparring, weapons, and grappling classes on Fridays, and kata class followed by our “Potpourri” open workouts on Saturdays.
All students are welcome to attend as many classes throughout the week as they wish. If you ever miss a class, there’s no need to schedule a make-up class. Just come to any (or all!) of our classes at no additional cost.
